摘要：The invention relates to a housing for an electrical apparatus for insertion inmounting openings (10) of switchboards (27) having an essentially cuboid-shaped housingbody (2) which can be pushed into the mounting opening (10). At least on two mutuallyaverted side walls (narrow side walls 13), this housing body has in each case elastically

sprung spreading fishplates (14) which stand proud towards the outside from thecorresponding side walls at an acute angle (16), opening against the insertion direction(15). The free ends (17), preferably running parallel to the insertion direction (15), of thespreading fishplates (14) have a toothed catch profile (18), in each case on their outerside, for fixing the housing (switch housing 1) to the boundary edges (longitudinal, lateralside edge 11, 12) of the mounting opening (10).
