摘要：Compsn. for the prepn. of alcoholic drinks having a brandy-like taste and contg.20-40 vol.% ethanol comprises: (i) 400-1200 (650-800) pts. vol. fresh wine distillate prepd.according to the Charentais process using copper vats; (ii) 6-14 (9-11) pts. vol. rumdistillate (mixt.) contg. 60-68 (62-66) vol.% ethanol; and (iii) 5-15 (9-11) pts. vol. naturalbrandy flavouring. Also claimed is the method for the prepn. of an alcoholic drink havinga brandy-like taste and contg. 20-40 vol.% ethanol, by mixing the crude prods. andauxiliary agents contg. 5-15(6-10) vol.% of the compsn., filling empty vessels with theprod. and finishing.
