Life in the city
I live in an international city, Shanghai. It is famous for its beautiful night views and shopping centers. You can visit many interesting places. And you can also have a lot of delicious food in Shanghai. Although the traffic here is often very busy and makes the city noisy, I think
life in Shanghai is very convenient, exciting and colourful. I love city life.
How to stay healthy
Good habits can help make us grow stronger and healthier. We should get up early every morning. We should do exercise regularly instead of watching too much TV at home. We should eat plenty of healthy food
for three meals. For example, we should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. Besides, we should drink at least
eight glasse s of water every day. What ’ more,s we should make full use of our time every day and try to go to bed early every night.
Healthy food
These years, more and more people enjoy eating fast food including( 包含 ) the children. As we all know, fast food is both convenient and tasty. However, it is
not good for people ’ s health. So we need to have more healthy food such as milk, yogurt, fish and different
kinds of fresh fruit and vegetables. We need them to help us keep healthy.
A birthday party
Last Saturday was Ben ’birthdays. We held a birthday party for him. Our friends came to my flat at
three o ’ clock in the afternoon. We had a lot of delicious food and drinks. First, we watched some cartoons. Next,
we sang a birthday song to Ben and gave him presents. After that, we had a barbecue. Everybody enjoyed the party very much.
