施工单位进场后，首先对施工单位的企业资质以及营业范围入手开始进行审查，同时重点审查其管理人员及特殊工种作业人员的上岗资质，对其上岗执业资格予以确认；对专业分包单位的施工资质及其管理人员的上岗执业资格予以确认。
2、对原材料、构配件的质量控制
（1）、现场监理工程师和监理员严格对进场材料进行检验，对照材料样本，检查品牌、产地、厂家、规格大小，必须符合要求；材料报验必须具备产品合格证和检测报告，资料质量证明文件齐全。在检验过程中，发现不合格的材料立即退场更换，以确保进场材料符合质量要求。
（2）、工程监理过程中,监理工程师和监理员要求各施工单位进场材料必须附产品出厂合格证，并及时报监理工程师进行进场材料的外观检验和质量证明文件审查，对按要求需做二次复试的原材料及时进行见证取样，并送法定检测单位检测。对外观检验及质量保证资料均符合要求的材料方允许在工程上使用。对于外观检验和检测结果不合格的材料，要求承包单位立即清出现场，不得使用。同时在监理过程中对使用的材料采取跟踪监督，杜绝施工单位在使用材料时存在‘以次充好，偷梁换柱’的现象发生。

回顾近一年的现场监理工作，在公司领导的正确指引下，在项目总监理工程师的正确领导下，经过大家的共同努力，在华泰水泥熟料项目上，项目监理部的现场监理工作取得了一定的成效，同时在工程建设中发挥了较大的作用，总结监理工作成绩的取得，是和项目部的正确指挥与支持、理解分不开的。为此，以总监为首的监理部全体人员向项目部诸位领导及全体同仁的大力支持和帮助表示深深的谢意！
