主要职责

主要职责：

1、严格服从质保部的统一指挥，执行其工作指令，一切管理行为向质保部负责;

2、严格遵守公司的各项管理制度，认真行使公司给予的管理权力，杜绝一切越权事件的发生;

3、负责进公司的各类物资计质量检验，对质量问题提出质异处理意见;

4、负责对公司产品的计质量检验，并对不合格的产品提出处理意见

5、负责对产品计质量的统计工作;

6、对出产产品质量总理2全面负责;

7、对公司购置设备和外协件的计质量检查;

8、负责对质量问题原因的进行分析，并及时向领导报告;

9、负责对产品生产过程中的计质量检验;

10、协助做好质量档案 11、协助做好公司的有关质量的工作计划;

12、协助建立有关计量质量保证体系;

13、协助组织抽查对计质量人中的业务水平和工作能力;

14、协助做好计质量人中的业务培训，考核和上岗工作;

15、协助制定公司ISO9000质量管理标准;

16、完成临时交办的其他工作。 部门性质：产品、物资、设备的质量检查和验收。

管理权限：受质保部委托，行使对公司进出厂的物资、产品、设备的检验管理，并承担执行公司规章制度、管理规程及工作指令的义务。
