摘要：A personal identification device comprises a fingerprint sensor that detects afingerprint; and a scanner that calls a storage medium mounted on a portable deviceworn on a finger, a wrist, or an ankle of a user for reading recording information stored
on the storage medium The fingerprint sensor and the scanner are integrally provided ina device main body of the personal identification device. The personal identificationdevice further comprises fingerprint comparison means for comparing fingerprint data ofa user's finger detected by the fingerprint sensor with fingerprint comparison data readby the scanner from the storage medium of the portable device worn on the finger orthe wrist of the user. The fingerprint comparison means identifies that the holder of thestorage medium is an authentic user based on a match between the fingerprint data andthe fingerprint comparison data.
