摘要：An adhesive composition comprising (A) a polymerizable monomer componentcontaining not less than 5% by mass of an acidic group-containing polymerizablemonomer, (B) a polyvalent metal ion-eluting filler, (C) a volatile organic solvent, and (D)water, wherein the polyvalent metal ion-eluting filler (B) is blended in such an amountthat the amount of the polyvalent metal ions eluted out from the filler becomes 1.0 to7.0 meq per gram of the polymerizable monomer component (A), the volatile organicsolvent (C) is blended in an amount in a range of 30 to 150 parts by mass per 100 parts bymass of the polymerizable monomer component (A) and so as to satisfy 20·X parts bymass or more (X is a number representing the amount of elution of the polyvalent metalions), and the water (D) is blended in an amount of 3 to 30 parts by mass per 100 parts bymass of the polymerizable monomer component (A). The composition maintains a largestrength of adhesion to the teeth, can be preserved in the form of one package, and canbe used as a material for pre-treating the teeth and as a dental adhesive.
