一、操作前的准备工作:
(1)板框的数量是否符合规定,禁止在板框少于规定数量的情况下开机工作。 (2)板框的排列次序是否符合要求,安装是否平整,密封面接触是否良好。 (3)滤布有无破损,滤布孔比板框孔小且与板框孔相对同心。 (4)各管路是否畅通,有无漏点。
(5)液压系统工作是否正常,压力表是否灵敏好用。 二、操作中注意事项:
(1)安装压滤布必须平整,不许折叠,以防压紧时损坏板框及泄漏。 (2)液压站的工作压力橡塑板框最高工作压力不得超过20Mpa。
(3)过滤压力必须小于0.45Mpa,过滤物料温度必须小于80℃,以防引起渗漏和板框变形、撕裂等。
(4)操纵装置的溢流阀,须调节到能使活塞退回时所用的最小工作压力。
(5)板框在主梁上移动时,不得碰撞、摔打,施力应均衡,防止碰坏手把和损坏密封面。 (6)物料、压缩、洗液或热水的阀门必须按操作程序启用,不得同时启用。
(7)卸饼后清洗板框及滤布时,应保证孔道畅通,不允许残渣粘贴在密封面或进料通道内。 (8)液压系统停止操纵时,操作装置的长杆手轮应常开,短杆手轮应常闭,以保证安全,并避免来油浪费。 三、日常的维护保养:
(1)注意各部连接零件有无松动,应随时予紧固。
(2)压紧轴或压紧螺杆应保持良好的润滑,禁止有异物。 (3)压力表应定期校验,保证灵敏好用。
(4)拆下的板框,存放时应码放平整,防止挠曲变形。
(5)每班检查液压系统工作压力和油箱内油量是否在规定范围内。
(6)油箱内应加入清洁的46#液压油,并经80-100目滤网过滤后加入,禁止将含杂质或含水分的油加入油箱。
(7)操作人员应坚持随时打扫设备卫生,保持压滤机干净整洁,使设备本体及周围无滤饼、杂物等。 四、安全操作规程
1、所有规格压滤机上面所放滤板数量均不能少于铭牌规定的数量,压紧压力、进料压力、压榨压力与进料温度均不能超过说明书规定范围。滤布损坏应及时更换,液压油(春夏季用68号抗磨液压油,秋冬季用46号抗磨液压油)。一般环境下半年更换一次液压油,灰尘大的环境下1-3个月更换一次及清洗一次油缸、油箱等所有液压元件。
2、机械式压滤机传动部位丝杆、丝母、轴承、轴室及液压型机械型滑轮轴等每班应加注2-3次液态润滑油,严禁在丝杆上抹干式钙基脂润滑油,严禁在压紧状态下再次启动压紧动作,严禁随意调整电流继电器参数。
3、液压式压滤机在工作时油缸后禁止人员停留或经过,压紧或退回时必须有人看守作业,各液压件不得随意调整,以防压力失控造成设备损坏或危及人身安全。
4、滤板密封面必须清洁无褶皱,滤板应与主梁拉垂直且整齐,不得一边偏前一边偏后,否则不得启动压紧动作。拉板卸渣过程中严禁将头和肢体伸入滤板间。油缸内空气必须排净。 5、所有滤板进料口必须清除干净,以免堵塞使用损坏滤板。滤布应及时清洗。
6、电控箱要保持干燥,各种电器禁止用水冲洗。压滤机必须有接地线,以防短路、漏电。 7、隔膜式压滤机在过滤时排水及排气阀门必须在开启状态,压榨时应缓慢打开进水或进气阀,隔膜板腔内压榨水或是空气未排净以前严禁松开滤板。
8、必须经过一次低压(10Mpa)压紧,二次高压(20Mpa)压紧后才能正常进料,以保证滤板的平行度。
