摘要：This disclosure describes, generally, an omni-directional exercise device. Thedevice includes a platform base, and resistance bands coupled to the platform base. Thedevice further includes at least two enclosures coupled to the plurality of resistancebands. The two enclosures are positioned on top of the platform base at a home
