Educational Systems

\"Children are the expectation of their parents and the hope of a nation. Family education is not only an important component of education but also the first lesson to a child, which will be remembered forever.” Family education has a direct influence on the qualities of talents. In the 21st century, international competition is becoming fiercer. And it is a competition for talents fundamentally. Thus, each country should pay more attention to family education in the education projects. The issue has been becoming a hot topic in our country, and it aroused great concern of our government and all walks of society, in particular the education sector. However, many people think that schools and universities have the main responsibility for these problems which appeared in education in recent years. Schools and universities are to be

blamed, but their parents are more to be blamed. “If the love of the good, the beauty and the truth had been implanted properly in their mind in early years, if they had been trained to use their minds at the very beginning, they would not live so

foolishly.” In order to find a better way to educate our children, we should study other countries’ experiences. There are many types of family education in the world, and American family education is the most famous one. So it is necessary and significant to make a comparison of the differences of family education between America and China. This paper is to comparing Chinese family education and American family education superficially, which may offer some lessons to family education.

As far as I am concerned,American education is opener than Chinese

education.American education depends on students themselves,students could have more independent time to do whatever they want.But Chinese is not like that,it is more like a formula.There are a lot of things that you should not do.So,American students always have new ideas.Chinese students have more specific calculate skills.

Chinese educational system is typically exam-oriented,while American education focuses a lot more on ability cultivation. 󰀀

American higher education is uniquely constructed to prepare students for the real world. It is a balance between individuality and modularity. Both American and Chinese school systems emphasize academic work . American school system is more liberal than Chinese school systems, with less strict orders from the teachers and less stress on students on academic grades.

In America,students are free.They do not have many rules to obey,they can be free to do their studies.But in Chinese,we student have to face plenty of management.Sometimes,it is useful.However,it is always useless.

The world is becoming more homogeneous, and distinctions between national markets are not only fading but, for some products, will disappear altogether. This means that marketing is now a world-encompassing discipline. However, on the other hand, the differences among nations, regions, and ethnic groups in terms of cultural factors are far from distinguishing but become more obvious.

America is a immigration country, that is to say, American culture, governence and business are all based on the diversity of the american people. Culture is not original but mixed with all the cultures that its people has brought to the new continent. So diversified ideology and tolerating principle is fundamental in American culture and society.

American government makes every decision and put forward every policy under the circumstance that most american people accept it since the diversity of their people can never be ignored, democracy has became the privilege. Also, doing business in America, or simply with American people means confronting ideas and opinions not known beforehand.󰀀

Chinese have deep emotion on land and never treat wander as a kind of happiness. The sutra of Taoism describe the ideal life in peace and work with contentment as this follows: the neightbor country is in sight, and the sound there is in ears; but the people won’t meet each other until death. Noetic speaking, Chinese peasantries have higher status.

Conclusion

Different culture has different educational systems.They both have advantages and disadvantages.The key to develop our educational system is how to multiple Chinese and American educational systems' advantages.
