The new curriculum reform is a profound reform. The new curriculum reform advocates whole person teaching, emphasizing that curriculum learning should promote the development of each student's physical and mental health, and cultivate students' good quality lifelong learning ability; The new curriculum reform advocates constructive learning, pays attention to scientific inquiry learning, and advocates communication and cooperation, independent and innovative learning. The key to the success or failure of curriculum reform lies in teachers, who are the implementers of curriculum reform. As a teacher, I must be fully prepared to learn the theory of the new curriculum reform, update teaching concepts, and meet the challenges of the new curriculum reform. Here is a brief review of some of my English teaching work.
一、Facing all students and laying the foundation for students' all-round development and lifelong development
1. Create various situations, isolate students, boldly use English, and take a tolerant attitude towards their mistakes and mistakes in the learning process.
2. Provide students with opportunities for autonomous learning and direct communication, as well as a space for full performance and self-development.
3. Isolated students develop their comprehensive abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing through experience, practice, cooperation and exploration.

二、 Pay attention to students' emotions and create a democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere
Only when students have a positive attitude towards themselves, English and English culture, can they maintain the motivation of English learning and achieve results. Rigid attitudes will not only affect other development, but also be an important factor in learning English well. Therefore, I strive to create a loose, democratic and harmonious teaching space, and achieve:
1. Respect every student, actively encourage them to try in learning, and protect their self-esteem and enthusiasm.
2. Combine English teaching with modality organically, create various cooperative learning
activities, promote students to learn from each other, help each other, experience a sense of achievement, and develop the spirit of cooperation.
3. Pay attention to students who are difficult or introverted, and try to create language opportunities for them.
4. Establish harmonious and democratic communication channels between teachers and students, and often reflect on the learning process and learning effect with students; Encourage and help each other, so that teaching is complementary.
三、 Strengthen the guidance of students' learning strategies, let them gradually learn how to learn in the process of learning and application, and achieve:
1. Actively create conditions for students to participate in phased learning goals and methods to achieve goals.
2. Guide students to learn by conjecturing, consulting and coordinating in combination with the context.
3. Guide students to conduct self-evaluation in the learning process, and adjust their learning objectives and learning strategies as needed.
4、 Effective evaluation of students
Evaluation can make students know themselves, establish self-confidence, and help them reflect and adjust their learning process. Evaluate or adopt test and non test forms, pay attention to formative evaluation at ordinary times, and timely evaluate the students' performance in the process of answering and learning, as well as the reflected emotion, attitude and strategy. For example, there are oral evaluation, grade evaluation, mutual evaluation among students and other methods, so as to fully detect the progress of students, encourage students to reflect and improve themselves, and the test aims at students' comprehensive application ability Focus on students' ability to understand and obtain information, reduce objective questions and increase supervisor questions. Through the evaluation of students, learn to analyze their own achievements and shortcomings, and clarify the direction of efforts.
The new curriculum reform is not on paper. It must be combined with practice, study hard, actively participate in the curriculum reform, constantly learn, practice and reflect in the reform, and be willing to grow together with the new curriculum.
