At the center,leaders are always there to service the associates, just as the upside-down pyramid shows,the manager are at the bottom of the pyramid supporting and maintaining the blance for the rest of pyramid,they listen to the associates,guide,support,encourage,and provide opportunities for every associate to be successful. They are the servant leader of the center.
