摘要：A flexible solid electrolyte is made for use in solid state cells by a med includingthe steps of:

(A) mixing about 80 to 95 weight percent of powdered solid electrolyte with about 5to 20 weight percent of powdered Teflon,

(B) milling the mixture until the Teflon particles thoroughly bind the solid electrolytepowder into a stiff coherent dough,

(C) pressing the milled mixture to a thickness of about 1mm, and

(D) forming a solid state cell by placing the electrolyte sheet between two electrodesand further reducing the cell thickness to where the electrolyte layer is less than 0.1mmthick.
