新鲜的银杏果去皮可以先放入塑料袋内,同时放入一个苹果催熟,再扎紧塑料袋后放置三天。等到银杏果皮变软后,带上橡胶手套剥去银杏果皮,洗涮干净至无果肉,最后晾至颜色变白,去掉外壳用水烫一下,再过一下冷水去掉内皮壳即可食用。
新鲜的银杏果还可以全部浸泡在清水内,静置12小时左右后,带上乳胶手套不断搓去银杏皮。或者是直接将银杏果加水放在潮湿的地方静置一星期,银杏果的皮就会自然脱落,这时候带上乳胶手套搓洗干净银杏果后可以直接食用。
将银杏果直接倒入冷水中进行加热,直到银杏果的被煮烂后,把银杏果倒出放凉,再带上乳胶手套搓去外皮,这种方法去皮的时间相对较快。并且搓好的银杏果可以直接生吃,也可以用来做熟食用。
