get along with 和get along well with的区别为：

两者 都意为与...和睦相处，但前者主要重点表达相处这个含义，无论是哪种相处；而后者表示则表示相处起来很友好。get along with还表示“进展”，get along well with则没有该意思。

例句：get along with

1、I like to think I'm relatively easy to get along with.

我愿意认为自己相对比较容易相处。

2、It's impossible to get along with him. 

根本无法跟他和睦相处。

例句：get along well with

1、I found it important to get along well with friends.

get along with,是表达：与……相处的如何.结果可能是相处的好，也可能是相处的不好；而get on well with表达的就是一个意思——与……相处的好.就是这个意思上的区别.用法就是根据情况说呗.不过一般get along with出现在疑问句中.而get on well with一般用在肯定句中.追答望采纳，不懂再问
