wet to the skin湿到皮肤,即湿透了.就等于wet through,through后面不能再加宾语了,所以D肯定是错的.至于over只能用wet all over来表达,后面也不能跟宾语.B就不用多说了吧,都进了皮肤里面了,[总结]He was wet through...
